The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to “third parties” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA). This may include TEAMWORx disclosure of your information with our clients for certain services. The opt-out right has certain exemptions, for example our sharing of information with necessary services providers will be unaffected, and an opt-out request will not affect TEAMWORx services where there is no “sale” of personal information.
