Jeff Kahn is the founder and Managing Partner of TEAMWORx Health, an executive search firm serving healthcare focused private equity funds and their operating companies. Growing up surrounded by doctors and scientists, Jeff understood from an early age the power of healthcare to heal people and transform communities. He founded TEAWORx Health to build exceptional leadership teams for healthcare organizations solving our country’s biggest problems. 

For over 10 years, private equity sponsors continue to partner with TEAMWORx Health to find the right executives to strength and grow their operating companies. Clients rely on Jeff for his business insights when designing innovation- and growth-focused leadership teams, and candidates trust Jeff’s unbiased counsel as they navigate their careers.

Prior to founding TEAMWORx Health, Jeff was a search consultant at a leading national executive search firm, and earlier in his career he practiced law, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance.

Dedicated to helping others, Jeff is involved in improving healthcare, and most recently served two terms as Ambassador Board member of Project C.U.R.E., and was also a two-term Board Director and Colorado Advocacy Chair of the American Diabetes Association.  He continues to be active in local and national non-profit organizations focusing on healthcare and education. Jeff received his BA in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
